Returns policy

The customer will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the requested product to inform Ravanetto of their desire to return it.

After withdrawal from a purchase, Ravanetto will refund the amount paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, using the customer’s original payment method.

To be able to return a product, it must be unused and in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and complete with all accessories. Otherwise Ravanetto reserves the right to refuse the return.

Once your request has been accepted, you will receive instructions on how to send the product to our facilities. You must send the products without delay, within a maximum of 14 calendar days of informing us of your wish to exercise this right.

The cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

Once the merchandise has been received and it has been verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund will be processed.

Returns of products damaged during transport

If upon receipt of the package it shows evidence of having been damaged during transport, the customer must inform the courier at the time and take photographs of the state of the package, packaging and the item, if it has been damaged. Next, contact our customer services within 24 hours of receipt by emailing riustore@ravanetto.com, attaching the photos.

Defective products

In the event of receiving a defective product, the customer must contact Ravanetto within 24 hours of receipt thereof to notify them of the defect in writing, by sending an email to riustore@ravanetto.com attaching photographs showing the defect.

To be able to return a product, it must be unused, except for checking whether it works, and in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and complete with all accessories. Otherwise Ravanetto reserves the right to refuse the return.

The defective or damaged product will be collected by Ravanetto and once the defect, damage or malfunction has been verified in our facilities, the customer will be given an option to replace it with a new product with the same characteristics, or the price paid will be refunded. The costs of collecting a defective product and delivering a new product will be borne by Ravanetto.
